Over 1 lakh pre-bookings for BSNL tablet, already!

Just last week, reports about the launch of the tablet trio, following a BSNL-Pantel Technologies partnership became public. Now, the Mobile Indian reports that the tablet has since been subject to a lot of appreciation from the masses; and all that has been showing in the several pre-booking requests, totaling to roughly over a lakh that the tablets are currently enjoying. Quoting Virendra Singh, Managing Director of Noida-based, Pantel Technologies, the report stated, "We have received more than one lakh pre booking orders over phone and online for the three tablets which we have launched in association with BSNL." That is not all. Reportedly, apart from the 1 lakh plus pre-bookings that the tablets have received already; there is an additional 2 lakh tablet order from Sahara India, which definitely will have people sit up and take notice. Interestingly, in just a couple of days from now, i.e by March 1, the tablets will have made their way to retail stores and BSNL outlets, according to the report.
